Funny Baboons at Auckland Zoo

It was an ugly start to the rainy day at the zoo. Room [1 to 9], year 4, 5 and 6 met at the central lawn and had to wait for 10 minutes.

The teachers set us off with our parent helpers and we were the first ones to leave the central lawn. We first looked at all the other animals then we came across something very funny. It was the funny baboons!!! The Baboons were the funniest animals at the zoo because they were monkeys everywhere with their red bums and there grey skin and hair.

It was fun. I felt happy and sad that we had to go back to school, but I liked it. I had fun at the zoo. I wish I could go again.
